8.1.1.11 Enterprise Server Upgrade fails with message "Error while copying new files"

Hi,

We are facing an issue upgrading from Siebel 8.1.1.3 SIA to 8.1.1.11 on Windows 2003 R2 Server.

All the components Gateway, DB Server, Server, SWSE is installed on the same machine. The 8.1.1.3 installed folder structure as below:

C:\sba81\siebsrvr, C:\sba81\dbsrvr, C:\sba81\gtwysrvr\, C:sba81\SWEApp.

Installation Steps:

'Migrate Installation' option is selected and the Oracle home location is automatically picked as 'C:\sba81'. However the Oracle Home Name is picked up differently for each run. The values displayed are 'ISMP_SES_56883', 'ISMP_SES_52596' and so on. Not sure why this value is differing and it s impact on the installation process.
