11.2.0.4 on ODA in 2.8?

any news would be appreciated
I know 11.2.0.2 and 11.2.0.3 are available on ODA and are patched by oakcli (my x3-2 is on 11.2.0.3 with 2.7)
Is 11.2.0.4 going to be available soon say in 2.8/9? - it includes some fixes we need

And how do we upgrade GI/db homes on an ODA - is it done using oakcli or do you do as per normal doc ?
i.e. I assume some have upgraded from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3
