Creating discount pricing based on number of years or duration of service contract

  Wanted to find out from the community if there is an advanced pricing functionality that allows discounting of service contract item based on duration of contract.

If customer buys 1 year service- price is $1000
If customer buys 2 year service - price is $1800
If customer buys 3 year service - price is $2750

and so on

It looks like Point price break for service item. In that case, quantity UOM is Year and there is price break. Is there some functionality in Pricing that allows this type of discounting

Any help will be much appreciated
