RFQ created in Purchasing responsibility can be quoted from iSupplier?

Hi,

Created RFQ in Purchasing responsibility. Can supplier quote for this RFQ from iSupplier responsibility. There is a tab RFQ in isupplier portal  under orders tab.

Or do we need to have sourcing module as well?

Please suggest.
