Does EM12c agent work with Platinum service agent?

 Hi ,
Customer are deploying Platinum service for Exadata X3-2.  ACS told the Platinum service will include a portal and embeded EM12C ,but only login from the portal. Also the agent will installed on Exadata DB server. 

Partner want to setup another EM12c sever and monitor the same Exadata X3-2or maintenance. So is there any problem with this deployment ?  two agent in same Exadata X3-2 server can work ?
