Not able to close WIP JOb."Close Discrete Jobs" gets in error in EBS 11i

Hello Team,

I am not able to CLose some WIP JOB in EBS11i (11.5.10.2).

Initially when i was trying to Close then we were getting below error ->

APP-WIP-25309


Then I did check this Doc ID 1374864.1 from metalink and was able to remove that error and was able to Proceed with the CLose Option.
When we Close the WIP JOb then a program gets submitted "Close Discrete Jobs" and then JOB status changes to 'Pending CLose Job' but this program is getting in error and status of job becomes 'Faile Close Job'.

I need to close the Job.The log file of this program does not have any information to debug and also it is 'Spawned' process so could not see what validation it is failing.
