Cannot add categories to attachments functions

Hi,

I couldn’t choose right Community. This issue is general I guess.

Navigation: Application Developer > Attachments > Attachment functions

Created Document Categories. Then want to add created document category to Attachment function.

When try to save following error occurs:

“This record is already in use. Please enter a unique record.”

Then tried to add another categories, every time this error occurs.

I upload screenshots.
