Searching for demo in days

I'm working on a deal for a sandwich company in France, and we are proposing Demantra for the demand management solution (interfaced with JD Edwards).
The demo we have are all with buckets in week, so I'm seaching for a video, a UPK or a powerpoint containing Demantra screens with days buckets.
Also, we already have a machine with standalone demantra model installed, and I would like to know if it's easy to add the days bucket on it.
Last question, how can I change the background color of the grids, all of them are in grey color, and I would like to make them blank (better lisibility)
