Oracle Mismatch between Sub-Inventory/Locator and Lot Quantities

Dears,

As per the attached screen shots, there is a discrepancy found between the On-hand quantities available at the Sub-inventory and locator levels at the time of a miscellaneous issue and between the lot quantities.
