Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi

We are using JD E1 9.1 Update 3 with IE 9

we can not add any text media object to any record

the Text attachment Icon is there; however; once Text attachment is clicked the users can not enter any text

what is the required settings for IE 9 to support medi objects for JD E1 9.1.3
