Eligibility based on HR Derived Factor
I am implementing a plan for merit increases for Compensation Workbench (12.1.3) I have one eligibility criteria that I am looking for guidance on.
The requirement is that any employee that has had a promotion in the last 60 days is not eligibile for a merit increase.
I was trying to find a way to determine if the base salary had increased in the last 60 days but I can't figure out how to do this and cannot find any articles about it.
Any direction would be appreciated.
