eMail blast to service request team members

Help,

I'm trying to find a way to send an email to all CRMOD Service Request team members, (users assigned to the SR team) each time the service request is updated.  I've tried through Workflow with no success and can't find the team members assigned to a service request in Reports to look at possible href="mailto: solutions

A similar issue that I'm trying to resolve is that I'd like to be able to send an email to all the contacts associated with the customer identified in the service request.
