Headerless detail event rules flow

Hi to all
I have been reading the form design aid manual, but I still not sure of how some events flow

Also I have tried to determine that using the debug application, but it is giving errors and not sure if this kind of events can not be debugged

I am reviewing the P4312 W4312A

I'm trying to make a customization in order to add a new JE entry based on the JE entry made by the receipt

so I need to fire my code after the F4111 and F0911 are written

I was looking to put it on the OK post button clicked event, but it seems that at this time the files are still not updated
