NL PAY: Change Default Netherlands (NL) Tax Code on Assignment Form

Hi Guys -

The assignment form (legislative tabbed regions) stores the default Tax Code for a Netherlands employee - the form has a default value displayed.

How would I go about changing the default value displayed?
