Enabling CLEAR notifications in Cloud Control

Hi All,
This is the first time I've used support on Oracle support so please let me know if this is posted in the wrong place.

We are currently using Cloud Control 12.1.0.1.0 and I have subscribed several of the Incident management Ruleset that comes pre-configured in Cloud Control.  These currently email me for target down, target error, unreachable, and metric alerts.  We did this by subscribing from the Incident Rules page.

I am currently trying to figure out the best way to subscribe to notifications that show when these alerts are clear.  Do we need to create a new set of incident rules for each of the incident types for when STATUS = CLEAR?  Is there a way to do it without writing a custom ruleset?
