Creating One View Reports in Databrowser

We are creating a number of One View reports for our client.  Specifically we are creating reports that are associated with the F4311 - Purchase ORder detail table.  When we do, this information is visible on the databrowser page and we can return to it once the report is saved.  since the users do not have access to the databrowser, is there a way to attach the report to a menu task or to another One View object so that the report is visible without using the Databrowser?
