Having issue changing password through login assistance
When change the user password through the system administrator responsibility security user form, it works fine. The page will come up to ask the user to put in the current password and then change to their own new password.
However, if the user tried to change the password by themselves by using the login assistance link at the login page, they will get emails with the password change instruction. After they change the password, they will be able to login, but then the next day, they won't able to login again act as if the system does not recognize the password. Then, after three failed tries. The user gets locked as the system profile setting indicated.
