JDevl WebCenter Extensions Componets Missing

I've been updating our cloned templates from WebCenter Portal, previously known as Spaces, when something  went wrong and I had to close Jdevloper.  When I  went back in I was no longer able to EXPORT my work.  So I downloaded WebCenter Framwork Services and Design TIme and WebCenter Custom Framework Designtime which worked out OK, now I can Export my work.  However in the process I lost the ability to drag compents like panelBox, panelGroupLayouy etc etc from the right side of my screen to my templates.  I did "reset Factory settings" but that did not help.  I must be
