Physical Inventory adjustment stucking in Pending Transaction form.

Dear Guru's

We have compeletd PI activities but while doing the adjustment there was few transactions which was stuck in pending transactions. Few are having errors as below

Error1-  

Transaction Type- Physical INV adjust

Transaction Mode- On-line processing

error code- Transaction processor error

Error explanation- Failed to Pack/Unpack item|The LPN could not be deleted as it contains delivery lines or is associated with a master or child LPN.

Error-2

Transaction Type- Physical INV adjust

Transaction Mode- Background processing

error code- Transaction processor error

Error explanation- Failed to Pack/Unpack item|Error: Error unassigning a container. The Delivery's status is not open.|Error: Delivery line(s) cannot be unassigned from
