df & iostat commands are not working

 Hi Support

In one of our customer site we are facing an issue where from the OS df & iostat commands are not showing any output.

OS is solaris 10.

commands just give the blank prompt,it doesnot get hung also. Apart from this system running fine,in multiusermode.

No hardware error found also. One more thing explorer is also not generating.Giving error like space not available.
