By Applying PTO_ORACLE_SKIP_RULE to an element, it shows double the value of that element.

By Applying PTO_ORACLE_SKIP_RULE to an element, it shows double the value of that element.

e.g if an element pay value is 12000,

after appling PTO_ORACLE_SKIP_RULE  it shows 24000.

help me out what i did wrong.
