Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello.

Herewith enclosed the SQL which is taking 1.5-2 min time to execute on my db server. please let me know how to tune the attached query without changing code.
