Oracle Asset Tracking without Install Base

Hi,
I just got an assignment to setup Oracle Asset Tracking module and currently 'install base' and 'project' modules are out of scope (not implemented). The purpose to setup Oracle Asset Tracking is getting understand about its functionality. We already implemented Payable, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Purchasing and Enterprise Asset Management.

My question is, in current scenario what functionality can be achieved from Oracle Asset Tracking?
