Not able to receive a PO in receipt form

I have a PO with 4,000,000 quantity. I have received some 25,00,000 quantity out of it so remaining is around 15,00,000. All of a sudden I am not able to receive the rest of the quantity of the PO. I am not able to find PO in the receipts form. it just doesn't show up. What could be the reason?? ANy Idea to anyone?
