Tax Cancellation

Hi,
There is a customer tax is enabled for him. For a particular AR invoice tax is not required. The cancel tax box is not enabled in the form but tax amount could be changed to zero. However in AP module tax can be cancelled in AP invoice. How can we enable the tax cancellation box?
