Credit Hold Functionality Not working
Hi Gurus,
We had applied a personalization on customer standard form that whenever the 'No Bill To' profile class is selected it checks the credit hold check box for the customer. However we noticed the functionality doesn't work sometimes.
We are not able to understand why it works sometimes and sometimes not. Seems like if the customer has credit hold not checked at site level or doesn't have any ship to or bill to assigned at site level then it's causing the issue.
