OTL - Service Task Integration

Hi All,

We are using Oracle Service modules(R12.1.3), along with service modules we also have plan to use the OTL module, can we use OTL to capture the time spent by service agents on CRM Tasks  and use it for charging and costing in the Service modules?. I was going through some of Oracle support notes and found that  following are the integrations that are avaiable out of box:

1- OTL-Projects: Employees/Contractors/Contingent Workers can charge time in the Timecards against Projects, Tasks and Expenditure Types. Then those hours will be transferred to Oracle Project Costing module and Expenditures will be created automatically there.
