Unable to find Configuration Owner Tax Options for Purchasing Module

Hi,

We have defined some taxes (regime to rate flow) and assinged default tax code in application tax options.

But when we have raised requsition, we see that the tax code is getting defaulted but no tax is calcualted. Upon further analysis we found that there are no configuration owner tax options available for Purchasing Module.

We have recently upgraded from R11i to R12.

In E-Business Tax, the configuration owner tax options automatically gets created for each module as part of upgrade? OR do we need to create them manually for each module?

At the time of upgrade we do not have PO and Receivables module. Recently after upgrading we are implemeting these modules. But i could see the configuration owner tax options for Receivables but not for Purchasing..
