Multi Language Support in Oracle EBS R12.1.3 instance

Hi ,

I have a requirement and wanted to know if that can be achieved or not.

If there are two user ,lets assume that the first user is a Japanese person and the second an English.

So if a japanese person log in to oracle R12.1.3 instance and enters the data in Japanese Language into some form and saves that data.

If the same form is accessed by an english person , then we need to show the data in English rather than Japanese.

Is that possible.

I know that the prompts on the form might be changed when we login using Preferred language set on the user preferences but the data remains unchanged.
