Patch 17202262:R12.ZX.B fails to generate reports

The following Oracle Reports objects did not generate successfully:

zx reports/US ZXAPJAJL.rdf
zx reports/US ZXARRECV.rdf
zx reports/US ZXJGTAX.rdf
zx reports/US ZXXSTR.rdf
