11gR2: function sdo_geom.sdo_union has a BUG?!

may be, we found the BUG of the function sdo_union from sdo_geom package for release 11.2.0.3.0 - Windows 64bit / AIX 64b.

This test case returns NULL, but previous version 10.2.0.4 returns right result. This wrong result i got also for the sdo_aggr_union too.
