Clean Tables from schemma AVSYS like AV$RADS_FLAT and AUDIT_EVENT_FACT

Hello:
There are many records in avsys.av$rads_flat avsys.audit_event_fact  how clean that tables?

How clean about the old reports generated, old source and many definition not used ?

I do all step from Console but that tables has 300 millions records.
