Patch 16813193 : R12 : CSC : Cannot find mandatory pre-requisite Patch 16813193:R12.CSC.B

Hi there,

We are not able to find the Customer Care patch 16813193:R12.CSC.B   in My Oracle Support (MOS).

According to the Readme of the April CSC Patch Collection (Patch 16517813:R12.CS.B)  which is a
recommended patch, we need to apply 16813193:R12.CSC.B as a mandatory prerequisite.

Please let us know where can we find the patch or if any replacement is available.
