Create Accounting - Cost Management concurrent does not create accounting for some operationg unit

Hi evereyone,

we are working on 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3 upgrade and when we create inventory and receiving transactions on an inv. organization we are not able to create gl interface journals by using Create Accounting - Cost Management concurrent. we have many ledgers and these ledgers are linked with several operating units. what is stange for some operating units we are successfull on creating accounting but not for all of them.

sometimes we get ER09 error while creating journals but this error occurs for auto reversal of journals and this setup is not being used in any of our ledgers.

Do you have any idea ? Thanks in advance.
