Serial terminal server console and stop-A signal on power loss

Hi,

In case of the power issue, the terminal server (console) can send a break signal to all Sun/Oracle systems (running Solaris 10 and 9) connected to it through serial port.

Is there a way to avoid it during controlled power shutdown of terminal server (console) without shutting down all Solaris hosts?
