Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Unable to attach a document to "Action Items" using Unifier web services

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to attach a document to "Action Items" business flow using unifier web services but it is not working.

I received following error

org.xml.sax.SAXException: Found character data inside an array element while deserializing

here is my soap request.
