Grid 12c started displaying wrong timezones for dates/times

I had some issues with the Weblogic usernames/passwords, but eventually got them figured out. 
But I'm not left with an issue that I didn't expect: Any new immediate job in the Job Scheduler is displayed in GMT+5, while everything we have here is in GMT-4 (US/Eastern). 

This is on Linux 2.6.32-100.28.5.el6.x86_64 , running Grid 12c, with a a database running: Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production on the same server.

The non-immediate jobs are showing as the proper scheduled time (EDT right now). See attachment.
