Workaround to My Oracle Support problem of the "include closed SR" tab being missing?

There's a documented known issue with the latest My Oracle Support release of the "included closed SRs" tab being missing. It's critical that I be able to look at closed SR. Anyone know of a workaround? Thanks.

Please disregard. I called Oracle and discovered that the 'blue shirt person' icon and the icon to the right of it are now used to control the display of just my own SRs and of closed SR (online help info was out of date). Thanks.
