Can a Netscaler be used in place of a Weblogic proxy plugin for two-way SSL?
Hello everyone,
We are currently using client certificates to authenticate users/systems upon services deployed on Weblogic servers .
We currently don't have a Webserver hosting the proxy plugin.
We are considering using Netscalers to load balance requests to Weblogic servers .
We'd like to know if it is possible, with a Netscaler, to send the identity of the caller to the Weblogic server using the WL-Proxy-Client-Cert header, just like the plugin does .
If not, what would you suggest to have the identity of the caller transmitted to Weblogic?
thanks,
David
