Hyperion Planning freezes occasionally when opening webforms or using Smartview extracts

We are on v11.1.2.2 on 64-bit Linux platform.

We have 3 servers - one for FDM (windowsserver - no problems), 1 Foundationserver with Shared Service, Planning and Workspace, 1 Essbase server.

Occasionally we experience that the applications hangs/freezes and we can really figure out why. There are seemingly no locks, and no high CPU/RAM usage. Ping between the servers shows no lag.

The only thing we have been able to find in the log files are in the application log where we have
