Billing events at subtask level ?

Hi Gurus,
We have a requirement to capture cost and revenue at subtask level. We are using event/event distribution rule. Capturing cost is fine at subtask however the billing events can not be created at subtasks level to recognize revenue and generate invoices.

Is there any work around possible? Any help or suggestion would be appreciated. We are on R 12.1.3.
