Open siebel8 fat client, it is still saying (Loading Siebel7.8...)

Originally, I had Siebel 7.8 client and tools on my local machine and installed Siebel81 client and tools on different directory location. When I opened my Siebel81 fat client, it had a popup saying (Loading Siebel 7.8....), and some of the icons (such as reports button) are still using siebel 7.8 images. Therefore, I uninstall all Siebel7.8 as well as Siebel81 and deleted all Siebel related object in Regeit, then I re-installed only Siebel81 client and tools. However, when I open Siebel81 fat client, it is still say (Loading Siebel 7.8....) with reports button having siebel 7.8 images.  I don't
