APPS.MSC_SERVICE_LEVELS_V is invalid

Hi,
Apps 12.0.6

MSC_SERVICE_LEVELS_V is invalid

APPS.MSC_SERVICE_LEVELS_V view is invalid and will not recompile successfully.  Recompiling produces the error:
ORA-01790: expression must have same datatype as corresponding expression

We are trying to reconcile all invalid objects in preparation for an EBS 12.2 upgrade.

Error Codes

ORA-01790: expression must have same datatype as corresponding expression

Could not find any thing on this view or error.
Checked eTRM and this does exist in 12.0.x, 12.1.x and 12.2
There is one view owned by MSC and other by APPS.

Any suggestions?
