Urgent - Attribute8,Attribute9 value in PO_VENDOR_SITES_ALL

Hi Hope all are doing well..!

Can anyone have idea about Attribute8,Attribute9 value in PO_VENDOR_SITES_ALL.

We checked we are not able to update these values in this table from front end.

What Attribute8,Attribute9 means in PO_VENDOR_SITES_ALL and how we can update these.
