Need to know SUBINVENTORY_CODE column from mtl_material_transactions table

Need to know SUBINVENTORY_CODE column from mtl_material_transactions tablecustomer having some transaction with project infomration , but SUBINVENTORY_CODE is not project, SUBINVENTORY_CODE is 'S301001'
Could you please confirm , whether this transactions are still project related transaction
