Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Upgrade or oracle apps R12.1.2 to 12.1.3.

Hi ,

we are lollking for the apps version upgrade from r12.1.2 to 12.1.3.

Current Database version is 11.2.0.3

I have some quesion regarding Database version:

1)Do we need to upgrade the Databse before going for Application patching to 12.1.3?

--Kindly share the steps if any one already gone through this process.
