Budgetary Quotes Functionality

Hi Gurus,

I am working on a conceptual solution for enabling Budgetary Quotes functionality in Siebel and would appreciate any suggestions or directions.

What we are looking for is a functionality in Siebel which would allow us to create and configure highly complex customizable product in Siebel only for the purposes of pricing and not provisioning. Only once the the customer agrees to the price would the same product be used for provisioning info capture and flowed to downstream applications for technical availability and actual fulfillment

The key to the whole process is the same product be reused both for budgetary purposes first and then provisioning later to optimize touch time and reduce keying in of the same information again
