Need Information about SARM_MIN_CON and SARM_MAX_CON

Hi Team,

Could you please let us know what is the function of SARM_MIN_CON and SARM_MAX_CON , and how these parameters affect the SARM coonections availability if orders are piling up.

Also, is there any max or min range defined for these parameters as well as MIN_CON and MAX_CON found in ASAP.properties file.
We were unable to find anything related to these in developers reference or System Admin Guide.
