Application Capacity Planning

 Hello,
I have R12.1 and 11gr2 database running in production.

Current Production Enviornment:    

DB- Tier:    2 Node RAC /11gr2   
Apps Tier: 2 Node apps without PCP
                 RAM Size=64GB
Application: GL/HR/PAYROLL/Self Service/Advance Benefit/OTL
No issue related with performanance



Migration Server planned:
DB- Tier:    2 Node RAC /11gr2
Apps Tier: 2 Node apps with PCP
                RAM Size=32GB
Application: GL/HR/PAYROLL/Self Service/Advance Benefit/OTL
Increase Batch Job compare to existing
New module addition like contract management/AP/AR /Enhanced existing module.

We are going to use half of existing application tier RAM. How to come out application server sizing? Please let me know if have any doc.
