Getting Error while creating Supplier

Getting below error while creating new Supplier in Oracle R12.

The following SQL error occurred: ORA-20000: CLL_F255_HZ_PARTIES_T1 - ERROR: ORA-04092: cannot ROLLBACK in a trigger ORA-00942: table or view does not exist ORA-06512: at "APPS.CLL_F255_HZ_PARTIES_T1", line 42 ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'APPS.CLL_F255_HZ_PARTIES_T1'.
Please suggest what can be done to Restify this error.
